Tradition & Passion

Our Story

La Petite Baguette was created in 2007 and is the inspiration of two French women, Emmanuelle Stone and Véronique Gauthier, who wanted to share  their love of food and a part of their heritage by first offering sandwiches “made to order” on fresh baguette with the freshest ingredients possible, expressing the particular flavors of various French regions.

Emmanuelle was born and raised in Grenoble (Rhone-Alpes area) where she attended the Clos d’Or culinary school. She worked as a chef’s assistant in a four star hotel restaurant in Paris and in a French restaurant in Beverly Hill.

Véronique was born in Tours (Loire Valley area) and grew up in Normandie. Her busy corporate job coupled with the frustration of bland lunches at her desk made her dream of a place like “La Petite Baguette” serving healthy, tasty, quality French food at a moment notice.

Our Goal

To offer the taste of France at a reasonable price in a moment notice!

For us, the sandwich is an expression of the relaxed but tasty food of everyday France that is joyfully shared with family and friends, and that also many travelers have come to appreciate .  We are proud of our unique, fresh, tasty sandwiches and are happy to have since added our delicious soups, quiches and salads.

We hope you enjoy eating our food as much as we enjoy preparing it for you!
